• Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
• We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible! Please read the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
• All sale items, discounted items, and purchases made with a coupon are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Most of our items are Made to Order and are not eligible for returns. Alterations may be possible in certain cases, depending on the nature of changes required.

Contact us strictly within 48 hours of delivery for any issues via WhatsApp or email at contact@sadhbysadhvi.com.

Please ensure you obtain an acknowledgement receipt from the courier regarding the number of products being dispatched, along with their signature and mobile number. We are not responsible for lost shipments. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have a reverse pick-up facility). Any returned items not received by us will be treated as not returned.

• Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
• Please include your name, address, contact number, email, order ID, and required size on the parcel.
• Shipping costs to and from (including reverse pick-up) are to be borne by the customer.

Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders must be done strictly within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at +91 97659 69998 with your order number.

Why might my exchange not be accepted?

We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to high-quality standards. Exchanges/returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• If the customer does not like the material or color of the product. Please review product descriptions and images before ordering. You can also call us for more details.
• Colour differences of 10-12% due to screen resolution and lighting.
• If the product has been washed or worn.
